Good changes IMHO.

I think the "alpha 2" print obscures a little too much of the logo, and
the fact that it's the alpha 2 of R1 is maybe not as clear as the
versioning on the R1A1 CD.

Looks good.

My only real criticism is about consistency of capitalisation and
punctuation. Currently there is
"Installation CD
for Intel-compatible computers"
and
"R1 alpha 2 release
For testing and development only."

I'd change the second to
"R1 Alpha 2 Release
for testing and development only" - that is title-case on the larger
text, and no capitalistion or punctuation on the smaller line
underneath. That would make the Alpha 2 text and the stamp logo
inconsistent though.
