I agree.

In the AmigaOS installer, you could select from three installation levels (novice to expert). Being able to set a default level for all applications would be nice. If you would like to have automatic installation as described above, it could be set to 'no interaction' and no installer window would ever have to pop up. The application would simply be installed. Other users might want to have more control over installation and can choose a 'verbose' mode.
