Well then all these application and libraries have probably already
been broken by changes to BControlLook before, so for now they will
just keep being broken.
I think Ingo makes a good point that we should wait until BControlLook
is more evolved before declaring it final and adding the necessary
empty virtual and member slots. So I have changed my mind about adding
those for the alpha4 release.
But I think we should try to finish this API up before the beta, along
with the layout and locale APIs.
