I updated http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/FutureHaikuFeatures to be a
voting page for R1's features.

(http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/R1/PlansOfConquest was also updated to
mention that page and to indicate it's function.)

For reference, the page before this edits was

The permissions for casting a vote have not yet been granted to non-admins.
I'm guessing a few days of review is in order, before the actual voting occurs.

So, feel free to edit it or to suggest additions.
