"Haiku Book (API documentation) -- as supplement to BeBook" is listed twice.

Prop #11a needs more information about what it is about (to merge the
tracker_layout branch into trunk ?)

Prop #4 in the poll sound far less important than what it is, plus I
guess most voters won't know what IRQ Routing is.
