So anyone up to developing a BHTMLView out of webkit/WebPositive ?

No need, it's what WebPositive already uses. Just that libwebkit.so is not
moved into the Haiku repository yet. It needs to have libwebcore.so as an
external build dependency (als referred as Optional Build Dependency, as done
with OpenSSL and other stuff since recently). Someone just needs to move stuff
around.

Does it have an archive ctor ? ;)

No, the code is not in WebPositive (i.e. replicateable), but in libwebkit.so. In another words, it is easier to make it work properly, not like in BeHappy, where it looses sync of where the user navigated from within the web view.
