"nobody" makes sense, though - it is used when either the component has 
no particular owner, or it is a super component like "General".
It doesn't make sense to select an individual person in this case - 
"everybody" might also be an alternative name for this user, if you 
like that one more :-)

I would consider this to be too complicated and not really useful. What 
we have now is an implicit "close" which I think is perfectly okay.

I guess I would not subscribe to that. I much prefer to look myself 
when I find the time, instead of being annoyed by even more mails.
