Sorry just now catching up on all the emails! Awesome on the free non-alcoholic drinks, very cool of them. Still voting nay on the drink ticket system though... and $5 at the door with no drink tickets allows for: * extras to come hang with us! (honestly if I didn't know anything about HackPittsburgh, I don't think I'd pay $10 at the door for a party, but I would consider $5 to see what was shaking) * an easier price point for some to work with since it's hoilday crunch-time * no forced purchase of drink tickets for those that don't want them A NAME! *slaps forehead* I'm going to need one of those for our graphic :) I'm a fan of Hacky Holidays - all-encompassing friendly festive sounding. Anyone else? *m On Thu, Nov 18, 2010 at 1:50 PM, gwen <gwenix@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > OK, so I asked OTB about perhaps turning the drink tickets into 2 > sodas for non-drinkers, and I got this response: > > "The designated drivers can have free non-alcoholic drinks.
