Just tell them you have purchased a frontier designs tranzport from dancing dots. They are aware of the problem with that particular piece of hardware.

Either way, JAWS will ask you to activate your unit of JAWS. For some reason, JAWS decides that your copy is not activated after youinstall a device like the TranzPort. The people at Freedom Scientific areaware of this problem but have not yet released a solution for it.
