Sorry about that.
It looks like Activate was the wrong page, so go to Freedom Scientifics site
and follow the links to the Activate page under support.

Just as long as you let SF know about the problem, They will reset your
count.
Go to http://www.activate.com.
Fill out the form, you will be notified within 24 hours.
                                        James

OK, Wolfgang, the only thing you can do is reboot your machine or unload and
restart JAWS. Either way, JAWS will ask you to activate your unit of JAWS.
For some reason, JAWS decides that your copy is not activated after you
install a device like the TranzPort. The people at Freedom Scientific are
aware of this problem but have not yet released a solution for it.

Best,
Bill

Thank you, Bill, that was indeed what I did not have in my instructions. Now

the TranzPort is there. However, my Jaws 7.1 prompts as unauthorized, and,
unfortunately, I send my authorization key without success. In adition, when

I return to the pc keyboard and use the arrow keys, CT5 tells me that i'm
using an unauthorized version of CT. For today I've lost my humor to work on

that. Maybe, when I come back tomorrow, there's some good advice?

Wolfgang
