_Ice-Cream Evening_I just got a "event" out for the sunday night next Wednesday, please let me know if there is any problem with the date and time and I can change it. I hope my location of behind the baseball diamond works for everyone.
_Practice for __Last Week_What is the plan for practices? In the past we have combined practice times (since we generally end up with 10-20 kids unless we have many kids want to swim even though they may not go to state). We could do one practice and do only one session if there aren't to many kids. Coaches, this feels like a wet issue, so I expect we will go with whatever you would prefer. (Your High School group might also like moving their start time back a bit. :-))

Also, do we have owners for: - Confirming pool? (Dan?)I know we are asking for volunteers. I haven't checked if those slots are filled yet. If we have our two planners, they might be able to give me our 1st pass thoughts. History has ranged this from relatively simple to over the top. I suspect we will all shade to the simpler side. I'm not sure if we should look for volunteers to do pictures into a slide show? (Takes some AV setup, etc). Often fun but not necessary.
