[bookshare-discuss] Re: do the support people respond to questions?

I've gotten help from support at Bookshare about some trouble I had when 
beginning my subscription, but I don't think they're around on weekends. I 
don't 
know if I'm right about that but I sent a question on a Saturday and got my 
answer on Monday morning.
