Well, then I'd wait until Tuesday because Monday's a holiday, and I'd write
to them again and maybe put the word important in the subject line to let them
know how concerned you are. But maybe waiting until Thursday would be a good
idea because when I went through that process, I saw somewhere that NLS does
all that on Wednesdays, as someone else mentioned. I understand your
impatience.
I'm definitely not the most patient person in the world, but I'm sure if you
keep after them, they'll get it sorted out. It's always possible that the
Bookshare people need to resubmit your request to NLS. It's always possible,
although unlikely, that it was lost in the shuffle, as it were.
