Hello All, Maybe I wasn't clear about the fact that I had already waited two weeks before I sent them an email. And...one of the emails I sent to this list was copied to support at bookshare.org. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to get an emails, something by snail mail or what but it's time for an answer of some kind from them! Thanks to all of you.
