Right now, the book has a "good" rather than an excellent rating.
This, of course, still
makes the book eligible for brailling.
Based on what you report, the end result would likely be disappointing.
What is even more disturbing is that the listing for 1776 indicates a book
of 5 pages which means that the book is either incomplete or, in this
case, devoid of most of its page breaks.
I can see where headers might prove a problem on a Braille display which
doesn't use true pagination.
Hopefully, someone down the road will rescan the book and replace the copy
which is in the collection.
Incidentally, the submitter of the book is unknown as it is that infamous
"a bookshare volunteer".
