Well, in my comments, I mentioned that this was the second submission of
the
book, so you can tell the difference between the two copies.
If you see that is a second submission, would you give it a look please?

2 page and when I tried again to reject it, I couldn't. If it hasn't been
removed, there will be an automatic release tomorrow which means two

Since you rescanned the book and put it on step 1, I, of course, rejected
the copy I had downloaded to validate. My guess is that the print was
probably of poor quality and the print may have been very close to the
inside margins.
