Hi Marissa,
I definitely want the print page numbers in both Daisy and brf. As for headers,
I don't really care one way or the other, but generally I would rather not have
them. I also don't care whether they're stripped by Bookshare or whether a
header stripper is incorporated in the unpack utility, although I think if it
could be put in the unpack utility that might be most agreeable to everyone. I
don't want to be insensitive to those who want to avoid headers and page
numbers entirely, but as has been mentioned by others it seems to be a choice
between being a minor annoyance for some or rendering a good portion of the
Bookshare content unusable to many others.
