If you arer reading with a braillenote or braille display and want page
numbers from the file you can always read the daisy file by changing the
html of the daisy to rtf resaving and reading the rtf on braille display if
the brf is set up to get rid of page numbers. This may not be an elegant
solution but it preserves the page numbers in the daisy file.
