A few thoughts:
* Definitions of 'internal' vs. 'external'.
* Presentation of phone numbers.
* Use of logo.
* Typeface and sizes.
* Spacing before or after paras.
* Embedding vs linking.
* Ownership, name and location of templates.
* Ownership of documents.
* Security on documents.
* Authority to change any/all of above.
* Procedure for formal notification of any changes.

Well, after this morning's exhaustive debate on the need for TW tech savvy
I'd like to get a similar volume of feedback on this - a style guide for
user manuals. These are just the major headings. Anything glaringly not
here? Comments more than welcome.
