Well what about electronic instructions. You do not say what the product is, would that not help those of us reading this? perhaps not, it is the principle you are discussing. There is presumably print instructions, surely they can scan that in and make the instructions available electronically. ----- Original Message ----- From: Hazel & Kim Darvell To: access u k Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2012 3:17 PM Subject: [access-uk] opinions wanted Hello to all Can I run this pass everyone and would like opinions please. We were going to buy a product from R N I B but did not in the end go through with the purchase, reason being that they could not give us audio instructions. nor could they provide braille but that would not help as we are not competent readers. This organisation are all too ready to make others provide alternate formats but don't do it themselves. We are totally disgusted. surely they should act by example. Hazel & Kim
