Not sure we are getting the whole story here so it is difficult to make a
judgement.

One thing I would say when using the RNIB online shop is that there is no
provision when ordering to state your preferred format for instructions,
should they be available.  I would welcome a change there.

I asked yesterday too and got no reply.  Sorry if I purchase a can opener
for example from RNIB I do not expect nor look for instructions in my
preferred format.  Now I know the item cost over a hundred pounds but again
if I purchased say a perkins brailler which cost in the region of four
hundred pounds I would not look for instructions for it.
