Customer needs instructions in audio.
This has been refused!

Are you saying  it depends on what the  product is,
As to whether it's  reasonable to refuse  format of choice 
For the  instructions.

I asked yesterday too and got no reply.  Sorry if I purchase a can opener
for example from RNIB I do not expect nor look for instructions in my
preferred format.  Now I know the item cost over a hundred pounds but again
if I purchased say a perkins brailler which cost in the region of four
hundred pounds I would not look for instructions for it.
