Hi Barry,
On second reading, the Look and Stop fix didn't seem quite so complicated.
I've followed instructions and it seems to be working now. The internet is
no longer blocked, including ping requests, and sent and received packets
are now registering. Thanks very much for your help and I'll just cross
everything that all is okay now as I'm not sure about the XP offering.
