[access-uk] Windows Update

I’m running Win7 Home Premium 64 bit. When I received my machine back from the
engineer after the installation of that software I was set on automatic update.
This didn’t bother me until I was changed to IE10 which I didn’t like. I went
back to IE9 and altered update to manual.
My problem now is that when I go to update on the Control Panel, or from the
system tray, I don’t seem to have the option to view the updates before I
decide if I want to install them. The only option I can find is to download and
install.
I must be missing something here so could someone be kind enough to point me in
the right direction, please.
