[access-uk] Windows Update

Hi All

I have 3 updates of basically the same thing. I show the details of them below. I don't quite understand the reason for them as surely a normal computer security system would do this adequately. Is it another case of Microsoft being over-protective again or am I missing something here?

Install this update to prevent applications from sending too many HTTP requests while a well-known Document Type Definitions (DTD) is included. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. Once you have installed this item, it cannot be removed.
