Yusuf -
Andy, I've come to this thread rather late so sorry if what I suggest has already been suggested. Have you got the preview pane showing in OE? If so that might be causing the lock up with that particular message.

Subject: [access-uk] Update on my OE problem, help still needed
Hi all -
I've still got the problem of not being able to delete messages from my in-box in OE. Something else has now shown up, and it's this: I have a message in my in-box that whenever I either try to read it, or even when jaws just lands on it, something happens that locks up OE, and I get the "this programme is not responding..." message. I don't know what it is about this particular email message that is just sat there in my in-box, but I can't delete it, or any of my messages. Any ideas?
Regards
Andy
