Gena -

I looked at identities just to see, as you had mentioned it in your message,
and there are 2 choices in there, the first is called "Andy" which was
selected, and the second is called "main identity". I switched to "main
identity" just to see what might happen, and surprise surprise, I landed in
a different in-box, from which I can now delete messages ok! Thing is now, I
have loads of folders from the "Andy" identity, that I don't know how to get
in to the "main identity" identity, if that makes sense! Any ideas, anybody?

| Hi
|
| Is your deleted items folder empty? Not sure if there's a limit to how
many deleted messages it can store.
|
| Do you have an up-to-date anti virus program running?
|
| Do you have any hard disk storage problems i.e. close to a full disk?
|
| Have you switched identies?
|
| I haven't used OE for some years but hopefully there's some pointers.
