Hi Jackie
It sounds as though you are having a hard time getting Windows 7 up and
running. I have to admit we had some help to get our PCs running, but it was
all a bit traumatic.
Have you read "Windows 7 and Vista Explained" by Sarah Morley? It is quite a
useful book to have. It is sold by RNIB.
