Hi David

So did you just download and extract the zip file to your C drive and let
the scanner find the drivers when you turned it on?

Hi Jackie,

I don't know if it's relevant or not but I couldn't use the CD that came
with the scanner, I just loaded the driver software I mentioned below
directly.
