[wisb] Madison birding

I walked my normal route along the Southwest Bike Path and edge of the
Arboretum this morning. The Fox Sparrow continues and was actually singing
today. I heard Sandhill Cranes bugling from the direction of the Arboretum -
the first I've heard this year. Also I was surprised to see an American
Wigeon in with a group of Mallards near the Ho-nee-um pond.
