[wisb] Madison birding

I went for a stroll in our neighborhood this morning and found some good
flocks of birds. Best bird was a Fox Sparrow along the Southwest Bike Path,
near the Glenway intersection. Also there were 2 titmice at that same spot.
There is some open water along Arbor Dr. where there were some Gadwall,
Canada Geese, and a Belted Kingfisher.
