[wisb] Madison birding

I went for a bike ride along the Wingra bike trail this morning. A couple of
nice finds were a YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER and my first YELLOW-RUMPED
WARBLER of the year. Also seen were several Eastern Phoebes, Tree Swallows,
and one Great Blue Heron.
