I'm about to do the first quarterly review for my Support Tech. I'm
putting together a review form. Would anyone be willing to share what
they use? What do you grade on? We already have an annual review form,
but that's far too abstract for a departmental review. This forum is
the closest I've been able to find for admin type questions, if someone
knows a more appropriate list please let me know.
