Oh, don't get me wrong..  Like I said, I've got about 20 years of training..
I started with 110 baud acoustical modems when I was 6 years old...   LOL

I remember the old WWIV bbs's..  Those were great!!

I'm 32 this year, and some of the more computer-litterate
phd-students here at the dept gaze at me in awe when telling them
I've used 2k4-modems for quite a few years doing FidoNET and BBSing
"back in the days". Then took the step to the twice-as-fast 4k8
modems and so on. 8-) Broadband is as common as air to them. It's
not more than about ten years ago, maybe less. 8-)
