This means your winamp library is opening when you start winamp. So after
you start winamp close the library with alt l as directed by others and you
should no longer see this. Oh by the way with the library open it does
infact take winamp longer to start. My advice is to keep the library closed
unless you need to have it open.

No this is when I go to my desktop and hit enter on my winamp shortcut and
it launches winamp and while it is doing this. It says dialog and library
button and then I have to wait a short while and then it will open winamp
and then say winamp 5.32. That is what I am talking about. I hope that you
can understand what i am talking about on this.
