To be honest you don't need any of that if you have a desire to be a  
pm at any ad agency. Pmp is great but you rarely have the the time to  
implement what you have learned due to the accelerated timelines  
agency pm's work against. Your best bet is to keep producing get some  
experience and the jump to pm will be easy.
