It would appear that it's only you & I are BOI customers on this list!

My question now, is where do we go from here!

Do we leave well alone, or is there someone within the BOI or indeed NCBI we
can talk to about our difficulty!

To be honest my own feeling is that we should raise the issue with somebody,
the question is who?

All of the combo boxes seem to be gone from our view, on the site.

Try to top-up your mobile phone. To do that, you go: Money Transfer; Mobile
Top-up. You then get three radiobuttons (for the [only] three MSP's that BOI
has put on their site, so you choose yours to begin the top-up. Next comes
(or should
come) the amount combo box, for your euro amount. Instead of Combo Box, JAWS
is just saying * (which it does for the mandatory fields). Well, as we can't
get into what may or may not be a combo box, we can't fill in that field at
the moment. Furthermore, at this point, we notice that our JAWS (15 or 16)
has become sluggish, and doesn't seem to know where we are on the page.

Also, we can't transfer money from one account to another, because again the
account combo boxes are gone from our view.

I don't know if it's a Windows update, r the BOI site itself, that is
causing the observed issues. I observed much the same problems there in
Firefox, and also using NVDA.

Ahoy To All

First of all, may I wish you, your family members & friends, a very happy &
prosperous 2015!

Now that's the grovelling done!

The Queen Bee informed me a short time ago that she needs credit for her
phone, so I answered "Yes Mum, immediately" & anyway I could do with credit
myself! So I went onto banking 365 to top up on line!

Oh my God....

What was I hit with, but only a new Bank of Ireland web page!

I trawled through it all night endeavouring to top up our phones, but at the
end of a long long fruitless night, both Sean & the Queen Bee still have no
credit!

Is there anyone out there that has come across this & has come out the other
end?

If so, Please, Please advise step by step!
