Hi Sean and Flor 

i'm unsure if ye have iPhones but the BOI app is very accessible. there was an 
update a few months back that caused problems and I made contact with the 
banking 365 phone line and they addressed the problem, so if you give them a 
call they will get the access issues sorted.
then once its sorted you both can transfer a few thousand into my bank account.
