Hi David I have managed to load fully the MS Crit Updates Page when using ZA after I realized that I also had to uncheck in the Security Section 'Always on top during internet activity'. I had already put the ticks in the right places in the Program Section. That problem is solved and I have got my recent dose of critical updates. I guess I'll reinstall ZA now that I have solved the problems that it posed for me, rather than trying to work my way through Tiny's instructions. Thanks David and regards Elisabeth David wrote: >. . . . This is incorrect. Open ZoneAlarm, and go to the Programs section. There are > two different permissions to set. This is different than the Windows > Update website's ActiveX control that allows you to view updates.
