Radnor Lake State Natural Area Davidson Co. Nashville, TN 2009 September 1 7:10-9:10 am Clear and cool A walk this Tuesday morning from the West Parking lot at Radnor Lake to Long Bridge and back produced 10 warbler species plus a BALTIMORE ORIOLE. More unusual for Radnor was the single ROCK PIGEON sitting on a log in the cove at Cane Bridge before the observation deck. It was there as I walked in both directions. Birds of particular interest included: House Wren 1 Eastern Bluebird 4 Vireos: White-eyed 3 Red-eyed 4 Warlbers: Blue-winged 1 N. Parula 1 Chestnut-sided 1 singing Magnolia 7 Blackburnian 1 Black-and-white 3 Am.
