You'll need to set the TS Profile path (not the normal roaming profile path)
to \\server\share\%username%

If you don't see the TS Profile information then try running usrmgr from the
terminal server.

During a Windows client logon with a roaming profile configured, my
profiles is located on other server on network, example
\\server1\profiles <file:///\\server1\profiles> , this sessions
(Terminal Services) is established on servers farm (server21 at
server45).

During a Windows Logon this profiles is created on the server local with
LOCAL not with ROAMING.

My domain is Windows NT 4.0

This Farm is based on Windows 2000 Terminal Server, Citrix Metaframe Xpe

With resolve problem? Not used perfil LOCAL.
