Do you have any AV software scanning these files (either on the TS server or
the file server where the profiles are stored)? UPHClean should take care
of any open handles an application or running process has on the profile.
But, you might have something else going on. Have you ran a CHKDSK /F /R on
the volume where the profiles are being stored?
