Out of circuit, no voltages measured.  I pulled the convergence board
thinking the fault was there, but everything checked good.  Usually with
Toshiba big screens when the convergence IC's are bad there is a
resistor that has changed color (in my experience).  I need to pull the
light box and bring it in my shop for further testing.
