Kevin,
As Ed said it must be paper only.  I have the G90 and G60 and neither will help 
you much.  I 
did find two tips with the same symptoms as you described, slow blink following 
quick 
shutdown.  Both replaced the Horz. STK which remedied the problem.  Toshiba 
p/n#23905094 STK 
392-110.

I checked the STK's and resistors (static tests) and everything appears
good--no shorts or brown resistors.  The STK's still could be bad,
though.

These sets have Manuals that are available in paper format only.(Large)
Convergence STK's come to mind on these sets...
