Ok, the thing is that the purpose of Paypal is to be able to accept
credit cards without otherwise being a credit card merchant. That would
be the whole idea for me to accept Paypal, because I am not signed up as
a merchant for any credit card co. and have no current plans to do so.
For the buyer it should be an extra level of security because you have
no idea how honest or crooked a small business such as myself would be,
and why should you risk giving me your credit card number? Using Paypal
to purchase with does not reveal your credit card number to me.
