Due to greater risks prices can be higher for internet sales and set up fees
are very high.
They make sure that they make money regardless if you do or not.

We only do $2000 to $3000 a month on cards and the various fees add up to
about $40 a month, close to 5%., and thats with a special deal, arranged by
Thomson, to give us the best possible rates, about half what the local banks
wanted.
