[TechAssist] Re: PTK169 - Pic flashing on/off

I've done several of these in the past with no problems, I have tried 
several attempts to be sure the wires are seated properly on this repair. Is 
there something else that could be causing this flashing on/off picture -OR- 
is it definitely a common "Not making contact" problem on the HV splitter, 
I'll keep trying to resecure the anodes, and report back. Any comments!
