I removed the anode going into the HV Splitter from the Flyback and turned 
the set on, the set draws normal high current but I still notice a pulsing 
(on/off) of current from my Variac. Seems something besides the HV splitter 
maybe cause here since I completely removed the HV input from the splitter 
and I still have a Pulsing on/off slight surge (about the normal current 
draw) on my Variac)
