Sorry Jim, I have long forgotten the exact location of the bad solder 
connections. However, I will say this, any good tech with the aid of a 
simple "magnifying hat" would easily find the bad solder connections by 
simply taking his/her time and carefully going over the main PCB board (The 
PC board that has the flyback on it). It was not to hard to find, but you do 
have to look over the board as you would any board to find all the (CSJ's) 
Cold solder connections. This note on this problem, after replacing the HV 
Trippler, will solve this flashing on/off pic.
