I assume you are referring to eBay Stores and not eBay auctions. We
frequently buy none-working camcorders for parts and I have seen some places
asking $25 for S&H. We also buy a lot from Tiger but when I checked the cost
of a $18 USB IR adapter they quoted $12 UPS ground S&H. I let that wait
until we had a bigger order to place.
